These technologies may include:
Essential cookies, required for core website functions such as security, shopping cart functionality, checkout, and other requested services.
Analytics cookies, including cookies used by Google Analytics to understand website traffic, sessions, device characteristics, and visitor interactions.
Preference cookies, used to remember choices and settings.
Advertising and measurement technologies, including the Meta Pixel, which may be used to measure advertising performance, understand actions taken after an advertisement is viewed or clicked, and support remarketing or audience creation.
Where required by applicable law, you may manage non-essential cookies and similar technologies through the cookie or privacy controls presented on the website. You may also restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some technologies may affect certain website functions or the accuracy of analytics and advertising measurement.
6. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use artamonova.design. Google Analytics may collect or derive information such as session activity, pages and products viewed, approximate geographic location, browser and device characteristics, traffic source, and interactions with the website.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, including identifiers such as the _ga cookie, to distinguish users and sessions. We use the resulting information to evaluate website performance, understand interest in our products and collections, identify usability issues, and improve the website.
Where Google advertising features or related measurement services are enabled, Analytics information may also be used for advertising measurement in accordance with applicable privacy choices and Google’s policies.
For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
7. Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure website activity associated with advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services.
The Meta Pixel may help us understand actions such as visiting artamonova.design, viewing a product or collection page, adding a product to a shopping cart, beginning checkout, completing a purchase, or performing other website interactions used for advertising measurement.
Information transmitted through the Meta Pixel may include device and browser information, online identifiers, pages visited, website activity, and purchase-related events. We may use this information to measure advertising effectiveness, understand whether advertising resulted in website activity or purchases, create or refine advertising audiences, and improve the relevance of our marketing.
Depending on applicable U.S. state privacy law, disclosures of online identifiers or website activity to advertising providers may be considered “sharing,” a “sale,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” even where no money is exchanged.
For more information, see the Meta Privacy Policy.
8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Artamonova does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
However, our use of advertising and measurement technologies such as the Meta Pixel may involve disclosure of online identifiers, browsing activity, or purchase-related events to advertising providers. Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, these disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising.”
Where applicable, you may exercise the relevant opt-out right through the cookie or privacy controls provided on the website or through another legally recognized opt-out mechanism.
9. Email and Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to Artamonova emails, we may use your contact information to send news about collections, new products, studio projects, events, and other updates.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the communication. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications concerning an order or inquiry.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business or legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
For example, order and transaction records may be retained for accounting, taxation, customer service, warranty, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Information submitted through inquiries or contact forms may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the request.
